After COP 3 in 1997, there was a call for further initiatives to reduce CO2 emissions. In Japan, as a result of amendment of the Rationalization of Energy Use Law, starting in April 2010 businesses whose energy use for all their business locations exceeds 1,500 kiloliters/year (converted into crude oil) will be designated as special businesses, and such businesses will be required to carry out specific work in connection with energy management. We propose energy conservation measures for commercial buildings and plants, and renovate equipment to satisfy customers.

Air Conditioning Energy Optimization Control System

Optimizing air conditioning control with existing air conditioning systems and equipment contributes to about 20% energy savings (in-house comparison).

Remote Energy Management System

We support energy conservation through detailed monitoring and analysis using a communication network.

Energy conservation for building facilities

Energy conservation measures for building equipment include using high-efficiency equipment, but how to combine these equipment to optimize the system is also important. We have accumulated technologies and know-how for energy conservation.

Energy conservation for industrial air conditioning

We conserve energy in clean rooms through long-term free cooling operation using natural energy and the automatic mode switching function according to seasonal and load conditions.
