The exhaust gas which contains the volatility organic compound discharged from the factory is introduced in activated carbon adsorption device.
A volatility organic compound in the exhaust gas is adsorbed by activated carbon, and an exhaust gas is discharged as a purification air.
The volatility organic compound adsorbed by activated carbon is separated from activated carbon, and collected as a liquid.
A collection solvent is refined [ it separates by the distillation equipment ], and used again in the production process.
Or, it is used as a fuel of the steam boiler again, and steam is collected.
