Hitachi Belt Type Continuous Unloader Offers Better Work Environment, Energy-saving, and Light-Weight.

The Hitachi Single Belt Type Continuous Unloader is a small-to-medium-capacity bulk cargo unloading facility (up to 1,000 t/h). By adopting a belt type conveyor, energy-saving and compactness are realized. Since the conveyor is of an enclosed single belt type with no transit points, materials are not spilled out of the conveyor and dust is minimal. In addition, because the unloader uses the belt type conveyor, operating noise is substantially minimized.

Unloading Materials

Coal, limestone, aggregate, salt, raw sugar, grain, fertilizer, etc.

High unloading efficiency with the addition of cutting bladesin the feeder.

The feeder is compact and highly efficient and very suitable for unloading. To handle the transportation of bulk materials with less fluidity, cutting blades are incorporated in the rotary impeller type feeder.

Better work environment with an enclosed conveyor

Because the conveyor line is enclosed, dust scattering and material spillage rarely occur, which results in a better work environment than those of conventional equipment. In addition, because the unloader uses the belt type conveyor, operating noise is substantially minimized.

Light-weight and energy-saving with a single belt conveyor

Compared with a level luffing crane type unloader, the continuous unloader is light-weight, energy-saving, and compact and is widely used as a mobile machine. It is most appropriate for updating existing unloaders and increasing unloading efficiency.
