PET Pilot Plant (Continuous process)
Hitachi Plant Technologies new continuous process with 3 reactors for PET, PBT, etc.
Overall testing from raw material to polymer chip can be carried out in this pilot plant.
Feed flow rate : 100 kg/hr (PET base)
Experience of operation : PET for fiber, bottle, PBT.
Spectacle-Shaped Blade Polymerizer(Continuous process)
Operating pressure : F.V. to 0.18 MPa
Operating temperature : Room temperature to 300 C.
Feed flow rate : 3 to 30 liters/hr
Charge volume of reactor : Approx. 25 liters
Feed material : Origomer flake or origomer chip
Lattice Blade Type Polymerizer(Continuous process)
Operating pressure : F.V. to 1 MPa
Operating temperature : Room temperature to 340 C.
Feed flow rate : 5 to 24 liters/hr
Charge volume of reactor : Approx. 6 liters
Feed material : Origomer flake or origomer chip
Note : Spectacle-shaped blade can be installed.
Lattice-Type Twisting Blade Polymerizer(Batch process)
Processor with dissolver for feed material.
Operating pressure : F.V. to 1 MPa
Operating temperature : Room temperature to 400 C.
Charge volume of reactor : Approx. 50 liters
Liquid viscosity : up to 5,000 Pa.s
Note : Double helical ribbon blade can be installed.
