Super High Pressure Compressor
Hitachi's Technical Expertise Manifested in Super High Pressures.
Discharge pressures of between 98 and 343 MPa (i.e., 1,000 and 3,500 kgf/cm2) are generated in the two-stage compressors used in manufacturing plants for low-density polyethylene. As these devices are subjected to extremely high compression and pressure variations, special technologies with higher levels of performance than standardreciprocating compressors are often used.
