Drawing on nearly a century of experience in centrifugal compressor manufacturing, Hitachi has harnessed the latest Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) technology to develop an innovative turbo air compressor featuring high efficiency, easy maintenance, and compact size. And that's not all. The new compressor also delivers environmentally friendly high-quality oil-free air, Every aspect of the HITURBO compressor represents a major leap forward. It will meet all your compressor needs.

Features

  • THigh-performance 3-D impeller and 3-stage compressor save approximately 6% more energy than the 500kW-class conventional model of Hitachi.
  • Hitachi-developed integral construction, deflection pad bearings, and corrugated-fin air coolers facilitate maintenance to reduce the maintenance cost by approximately 70% (compared to Hitachi conventional models).
  • Integral construction and corrugated-fin coolers reduce the installed area by approximately 40% from the Hitachi 500kW-class conventional model.
  • Latest Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) technology is applied to interlock the impeller and diffuser to produce a combination of 3-D impeller and low-solidity diffuser vane, which realize high efficiency and wide operating range.
  • The deflection pad bearings feature one-piece construction for ease of maintenance and for assuring satable operation over the wide operating range.
